Terms of use
Terms of Use
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms are offered by Saiyah LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, and apply when you use the BusyFit app and this website. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). These terms add to the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Health and safety
- BusyFit offers general fitness suggestions. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it isn't a medical device.
- Talk to a doctor before starting if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, joint or back problems, are pregnant or recently gave birth, are recovering from injury or surgery, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.
- Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. The app's "stop" option removes that movement from future plans until you turn it back on.
- Make sure you have enough space, a stable surface and safe footing. Don't exercise where you could fall, collide with something, or be distracted by traffic.
- Camera counts are automated estimates and can be wrong. Counts you correct are marked as logged by you.
Subscriptions
- Your first workout is free. After it, BusyFit Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription through Apple. The annual plan offers a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers (one introductory trial per Apple ID); the monthly plan has no free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm a purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one from the app (Profile › Request a refund) or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If prices change, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before renewing at the new price.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse BusyFit: no reverse engineering beyond what law allows, no interfering with the app or site, and no using them to break the law.
Ownership
BusyFit, its design, text, illustrations and software belong to us or our licensors. Your workout data is yours.
Disclaimers and liability
BusyFit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for injuries or losses resulting from exercising, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by contract.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use BusyFit after that means you accept the new terms.
