Support

How can we help?

Email support@saiyah.co and we'll reply within two business days. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (bottom of the Profile tab).

Camera counting

The camera isn't counting my reps

Follow the placement guide that opens before counting: the phone needs to see the joints it measures (for squats, hips, knees and ankles; for push-ups, your side from shoulder to ankle). Prop the phone up at the suggested height and distance, use even light, and move through each full rep. Half reps don't count, by design. If it still misses, tap Back and log the exercise yourself.

What's the difference between Verified and Logged?

Counts the camera confirms, with your body in view, are Verified. Anything you type, or a camera count you correct, is Logged. Both count toward your stats and complete the workout. A streak day needs two different exercises completed with Verified counts.

Is the camera recording me?

No. Frames are analyzed on your iPhone as you move and are never saved or uploaded. Only the count and a confidence score are kept.

Counting paused during a call or when I switched apps

Counting pauses whenever the camera is interrupted, and nothing already counted is lost. Tap Resume when you're back in position, or save what was counted.

Streaks and schedule

How do streak days work?

Each day you're available, complete two different exercises with camera-verified counts. Days you marked as unavailable in advance (no workout windows at all) don't break your streak. Quiet hours only silence check-ins; they don't excuse a day.

Why didn't my schedule change apply today?

Schedule changes take effect from tomorrow, so today's plan and streak stay fair. Past days never change.

I worked out just before midnight

Work you start before midnight can still be saved for that day for two hours after midnight.

Why can't I save a day with only quick-move windows?

Streak days need two camera-counted exercises, which need some time where you can prop your phone up. Add a window with space, or mark the day as unavailable.

A streak day says "waiting to confirm"

Streak days are checked against Apple's server time when they sync to iCloud, so streaks stay fair. Until your iPhone is online they show as waiting and still count. A day that doesn't match Apple's time (for example, after changing the phone's date) doesn't count.

Subscription

How does the free trial work?

Your first workout is free with no sign-up. After it, eligible new subscribers can start a 7-day free trial of the annual plan. The monthly plan has no free trial. You won't be charged for annual if you cancel before its trial ends. Each Apple ID can use one introductory trial.

How do I cancel?

In BusyFit, go to Profile › Manage subscription, or open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › BusyFit. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. You keep access until the end of the period.

I paid but the app still asks me to subscribe

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID, then tap Profile › Restore purchases. If you bought through Family Sharing or Ask to Buy, approval may take a moment.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. In BusyFit, go to Profile › Request a refund, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?

If you're signed in to iCloud, your progress syncs automatically: open BusyFit on the new iPhone with the same Apple ID and it's there. It also moves with a restored backup, and you can export a copy from Profile › Prepare data export.

The app says my saved progress couldn't be read

Nothing has been deleted. Use "Send the file to support" on that screen and email it to us. We'll try to recover it. "Start fresh" keeps the damaged file on your iPhone.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. All workout data lives on your iPhone, so we can't access or delete it for you. To remove an email from the launch list, email us.
